We are pleased to invite the Tidewater Section of ASNE to participate in a Zoom meeting of the Hampton Roads Chapter of the Naval Submarine League.

Topic: An Hour with the Dean of the Center for Maritime Strategy

Guest Speaker: Admiral James G. Foggo, USN (Ret)

Admiral Foggo has served as Commander Naval Forces Europe; Naval Forces Africa; U.S. 6th Fleet; Submarine Group 8; Submarine Squadron 6; and USS Oklahoma City (SSN 723). He is an Olmstead Scholar and Moreau Scholar, earning degrees from Harvard University and the University of Strasbourg. He is the Dean of the Center for Maritime Strategy, a member of the Council on Foreign Relations, and a Distinguished Fellow at the Center for European Policy.
