Join us for the Emerging Workforce PEP Waterside Reception, held in conjunction with PEP 2026, the national collegiate electric boat race. Hosted by the Hampton Roads Workforce Council at Waterside District in Norfolk, this reception is a wonderful opportunity to meet the next generation of young engineers and hear directly from students about their PEP projects and innovations.
With 45+ universities and 55+ student-built boats participating, EP26 will showcase collegiate engineering talent from across the country.
We are also pleased to feature ASNE Tidewater speaker Mr. Ed Hulick (SES), P.E., Site Director at Naval Surface Warfare Center Carderock Division Norfolk Site, including the Combatant Craft Division. As a member of the Senior Executive Service, Mr. Hulick brings valuable insight into maritime engineering, innovation, and workforce leadership.
This event is free to attend, so please invite your industry friends and colleagues to join us in celebrating and encouraging the next generation of maritime engineers.
