At the February dinner/meeting program, ASNE Tidewater members and friends had the pleasure of hearing from Dr. Elspeth McMahon, Old Dominion University (ODU) Associate Vice President for Maritime Initiatives. Elspeth made a positive impression with attendees showing how far ODU has come on maritime initiatives.
