At the March 18, 2026 dinner/meeting, ASNE Tidewater Section members and friends had the honor of hearing from Commanding Officer of SUPSHIP Newport News, CAPT Hannah Kriewaldt, as the guest speaker.

CAPT Kriewaldt spoke with pride about the vital role of NNS-built Aircraft Carriers and Submarines in projecting American power, oversight responsibilities of SUPSHIP, and the quality-of-life facility improvements in and around the shipyard that she has spear-headed.
